Terms and Conditions

Effective and last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Service and eligibility

Convovera provides tools for WhatsApp Cloud API messaging, templates, website chat, automation, customer inboxes, APIs, subscriptions, and usage billing. You must be legally able to enter a business agreement and provide accurate registration and verification information.

2. Account and business verification

You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, connected Meta assets, API tokens, and activity performed through your workspace. Services may remain restricted until WhatsApp number and business verification are approved.

3. Messaging compliance

You must obtain lawful consent before messaging recipients and comply with applicable anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection, telecommunications, and Meta/WhatsApp rules. You may not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unsolicited content. Approved template status does not replace your legal obligations.

4. Customer data and credentials

You retain responsibility for data submitted to the service. When using your own Meta credentials, you authorize Convovera to use them solely to provide requested functionality. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest where supported and must not be shared outside authorized personnel.

5. Subscriptions, wallet, and charges

Module access depends on the active subscription and administrator permissions. Managed delivery may deduct the configured per-message price from the wallet when a provider accepts a message. Failed sends may be reversed according to the platform ledger. Fees, taxes, limits, and plan features may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

6. Availability and third-party services

WhatsApp, Meta, AI providers, hosting, email, and other integrations are third-party services. Their availability, policies, reviews, rate limits, and outages are outside our direct control. We may modify or suspend functionality to protect security, compliance, or platform stability.

7. Acceptable use

8. Intellectual property

Convovera software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and platform content remain the property of ShivVastra Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized subscription.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, security risk, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding charges and contractual commitments.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee message delivery, provider approval, uninterrupted availability, or specific business results. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the preceding three months, except where limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the competent courts where ShivVastra Technologies Pvt Ltd is registered, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to info@convovera.com.
