Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Information we collect

2. Why we process information

We process information to provide and secure the service, verify businesses, authenticate users, route messages, operate chat and AI features, maintain billing records, deliver account notifications, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.

3. Legal bases

Depending on location and context, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, legal obligations, and consent where required, including optional cookies and certain marketing communications.

4. Service providers and transfers

Data may be processed by infrastructure, Hostinger email, Meta/WhatsApp, AI providers selected by the customer, and other vendors needed to operate the service. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable safeguards. International transfers may occur where providers operate globally.

5. Retention

We retain account, verification, messaging, API, billing, and enquiry records only as long as needed for service delivery, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary by record type and jurisdiction.

6. Security

We apply access controls, encrypted credential storage where supported, logging, tenant separation, and operational safeguards. No internet service is completely secure, so customers must also protect passwords, API tokens, connected provider credentials, and authorized devices.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may verify identity and retain information where required by law or necessary for security and legal claims.

8. Customer responsibilities

Business customers determine the recipients and content they submit. They are responsible for lawful notices, consent, opt-outs, data accuracy, retention decisions, and responding to end-user rights requests for data they control.

9. Children

Convovera is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not submit children’s personal information unless legally authorized and necessary for a permitted business purpose.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as services or laws change and will publish the revised date. Privacy questions and rights requests can be emailed to info@convovera.com.
